It does not have the facilities and services of a professional hotel or ryokan, but the charm is the freedom to stay as if you were living in the house. The rooms and common spaces have a handmade feel and a flavor unique to an inn in the process of being renovated, making it a different experience from a completed inn. We value the warmth of human hands and changes in space that can be felt only because it is unfinished. At Ichigo-so, you can enjoy your free time during your stay. Feel free to use the other shared spaces to relax and unwind. In this vibrant environment, we value the feeling of "being at home" that you can't experience at other accommodations. Take it easy and relax at your own pace.
Warm handmade atmosphere
Ichigoso is an inn with a handmade feel and warmth that could only come from being under renovation. It is not as perfect as a completed facility, but that is the charm of this inn. The facilities have been modified little by little, and the process of evolution is visible, so you will discover something new each time you stay. The toilet on the right was originally a Japanese-style toilet, but is now a Western-style toilet.
