Kuroge Wagyu beef is just superb!
I was amazed at how tender the black beef dish that appeared in the omakase course really was. The flavor was deep, simple yet elegant, and the deliciousness spread with every bite. The dishes were a true feast for the senses, with artful presentation and serving utensils that matched the dishes.
