At Café Caleria, we use authentic French-style bread fermented for 8 hours with hard water and natural yeast—crispy outside, chewy inside. Our signature beef sandwich is packed with rich flavor and generous portions.
Relax in our cozy café during your travels. We welcome international guests, but please note that our staff speaks Japanese only.

Our bread is authentically made using hard water and natural yeast, fermented for 8 hours. Crispy on the outside, moist and chewy inside.
Free from additives, it brings out the natural flavors—delicious on its own or as a sandwich.
