Tsukamoto Residence is a special space offering a uniquely Japanese cultural experience in an authentic Kyoto machiya with a history of more than 100 years. Surrounded by a Japanese garden, the residence offers authentic cultural experiences such as tea ceremony, calligraphy, kimono experience, etc. that will be appreciated by guests from overseas, while enjoying the changing seasons and tranquility of the residence. In the most atmospheric of Kyoto machiya houses, guests can forget about everyday life and spend a special time with us. We use seasonal ingredients, mainly kyo yasai (Kyoto vegetables), to create dishes that are beautiful to the eye.
