The best Jyuwari Soba!
Okurazan Soba Negibozu's juwari ita soba (buckwheat noodles) is superb! It is aromatic and has a great slurping sensation. The additive-free dipping sauce is also delicious, and I was able to enjoy the original taste of soba. We are sure to repeat our visit.
